- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on samples, custom products, sale items, or gift cards.
- Kit or Package Purchases: Items purchased as part of a kit or package deal must be returned with all components.
- Condition Requirements: To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We ask that you consider whether the product is in a resellable condition – if you’d buy it as-is from a store shelf, it’s probably fine.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10%-25% may apply to items returned in an irregular condition.

Warranty Information
Dawn Railing products come with a 6-month warranty, covering normal use and reasonable wear. However, the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, installation, or “Acts of God” (e.g., natural disasters).
- Products that were not installed according to the provided instructions.
At our discretion, we may offer a refund, repair, or replacement under the warranty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning the item you no longer want and placing a separate order for the new product once your return is approved.
